Shipping Partners & Delivery Our products are manufactured by our partner in Germany and shipped directly to you. Shipping is handled via DHL.

Delivery Times

• EU countries: approx. 3–5 working days
• Non-EU countries (e.g. Kosovo, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro): approx. 5–14 working days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs Current shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU) For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.
