1. How do the product sizes run?

Our products are characterized by a modern, generally looser fit (oversized/relaxed fit). To help you find the perfect fit for you right away, we have provided a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are unsure, we recommend taking a look at these measurements.

2. How does a return work?

If a product doesn't fit or you don't like it, that's no problem at all. Simply reach out to our support team for a return. We will then send you all the further information you need. After receiving your email, we will process your request within 2 to 3 business days.

3. What do I do if there is a production error or defect?

That shouldn't happen, of course – but if a product does reach you in less than perfect quality, we are very sorry! In this case, please write directly to our support team. It is best to include a photo of the defect as well as your order number in your message so that we can offer you a straightforward solution (such as an exchange or refund) as quickly as possible.

4. Where are the products manufactured?

Sustainability and fair conditions are important to us: our textiles are produced in Turkey and Germany. Our products receive their special touch and final polish directly on site – the final finishing and quality control take place in Mindelheim, Bavaria.

5. When and how quickly are returns processed?

We process all incoming return requests in strict chronological order based on when the order was placed in order to guarantee absolute fairness. As soon as your email arrives, we will take care of processing it as quickly as possible.

6. How long is the delivery time?

We want you to have your new favorite items in your hands as quickly as possible. Generally, the delivery time within Germany is 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

7. Why does my new garment smell slightly of vinegar after unpacking?

Don't worry, that is completely normal! If your ordered product is printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, we use an eco-friendly fixing agent to ensure the colors adhere perfectly to the fabric. This slight vinegar smell will disappear completely after the very first machine wash.

8. How should I wash and care for the printed products?

To ensure you enjoy the intense colors and design of your product for as long as possible, we generally recommend gentle care. You can find the exact, binding care instructions (such as the maximum washing temperature and material composition) directly on the care label inside the respective garment.

For printed textiles, we generally recommend the following rules of thumb:

  • Turn inside out: Always wash and iron the garment inside out (the design facing inward) to protect the print from friction.

  • Wash gently: Use mild detergents and avoid fabric softeners or bleach, as these can attack the print colors.

  • Avoid the dryer: It is best to let the product air dry. The tumble dryer can damage the print due to the heat.

  • Iron carefully: Never iron directly over the printed motif, always iron from the reverse side (inside out).

9. Why does the color of the print look slightly different than on my smartphone/screen?

Due to different screen settings (color calibration, brightness of your smartphone or PC), there may be minimal color deviations between the digital preview and the actual print. However, we use state-of-the-art printing technologies to keep the result as true to the original as possible.

1. Do you also offer personalized designs (e.g., with specific cities, surnames, or flags)?

Yes, absolutely! We love bringing your individual wishes to life – whether it's a specific village or city, your surname, or a special date. Simply send us a message via our contact form or by email with your ideas, and we'll see what we can create for you!

2. Are the designs and slogans also possible in Cyrillic script or with special characters (č, ć, ž, š, đ)?

Since we know the mentality and the language, most of our designs and fonts support specific special characters (such as č, ć, ž, š, đ) as well as Cyrillic characters upon request. With us, everything is printed grammatically correct!

3. I urgently need the product as a gift for my next trip home (or a Balkan wedding). Will it arrive in time?

Since our products are freshly printed for you only after you order (Print-on-Demand), please plan for our standard delivery time of 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush, please contact our support team before ordering so that we can check if express processing is possible.
